Error Pages

Error pages are used to notify users when they have landed on an invalid page or if there is an outage or maintenance occuring.

Language-Specific Error Pages

Each language has its own set of 3 error pages.

If changes are made within the EN error pages, then decide if changes are significant enough to warrant re-translation within the international sites.

Generic Error Pages

There is also a set of 3 error pages that are not specific to any language site.

These pages are used for broken links that do not have a locale; the default language of these pages should be English.

If content needs to be updated within the EN error pages, then duplicate changes should be made within the equilvalent non-language error pages.

Rollout is not applicable for these pages. Only a Live Copy is available.

Please note:

  • Page Properties > Advanced: Assess if scripts need to be added on this tab if changes are made within the home page for each language site
  • Page Properties > Site Configuration: If the paths change for the favicon, then they may need to be manually update on this tab as well
  • x-default functionality is not applicable in these pages because there is no locale to reference
