Tagging

Tagging is absolutely critical to the success of the AVEVA content management system:

Ideally, tags would be streamlined across AEM, Analytics, Target, and Wrike (as well as Marketo and Saleforce, etc.) for consistency in how they are applied and reported against.

Tags in Page Properties

Most AEM pages require a minimum set of tags to enable site strategies, such as dynamic cards, dropdown filters, facets, and personalization.

  • Learn about the tags and how they are defined.
  • Learn which tags need to be applied for each page type.

Tags in Dynamic Cards

To autogenerate results based on specific topics for Card Carousel or Card 2x2 Section Layout, CMS Authors will rely on tags. This strategy will work only if CMS Authors are disciplined about always tagging pages when they are created.

Tags in Asset Properties

Tags can be applied to assets (images, documents) to aid CMS Authors in being able to search for specific assets.

Tags are foundational to enabling a personalization strategy.
